We’ve made it simple to get started with CoAbility. Whether you're referring yourself or someone else, we’ll guide you every step of the way — no fuss, no jargon, no hoops to jump through!

1. Complete the Form

Fill in our quick online Service Request form with a few details about the participant.

2. It Will Be Emailed to Us

We receive it instantly and review the information provided.

3. You Decide

We'll give you a call to learn more and answer any questions you may have — no pressure.

4. Endorse Us

If you think we’re the right fit, you’ll just need to endorse CoAbility with the NDIS. Once that’s done, we can officially get started.

5. Paperwork Time

Our Intake and Engagement Team will guide you through onboarding — think a quick assessment and signing your Service Agreement.

6. Meet Your Support Coordinator

Once everything’s in place, a Support Coordinator will be allocated and will reach out to get started.
