Support Coordinators, are you thinking about your next move?
You’ve built your reputation on values, connection, and quality—and so have we.
At CoAbility, we partner with experienced Support Coordinators who want to work with flexibility, purpose, and the right support behind them.
At CoAbility, we’re all about building genuine connections. We’ve had contractors working under our umbrella since we registered with the NDIS, so we know how to offer genuine flexibility without leaving you to figure it out on your own. We’ve created a space where contractors feel supported, valued, and truly part of something.
Small Team, Big Impact
We don’t believe in big, complicated management structures. Our leadership team is lean, approachable, and focused on what matters—getting things done and supporting our team. We don’t get stuck in red tape or endless approvals.
We’ve Walked in Your Shoes
Our leadership team brings over 40 years of combined experience in the disability support sector. We’re not corporate, we don’t have bankers or backers—we’re grassroots all the way and proud of it. We’re all hands on deck, including jumping into client work to make sure our participants and our team get the support they need.
