We also have a clear Participant Rights Charter and transparent feedback process. These systems help build trust and make sure our customers feel safe, heard, and respected.
We’re a registered NDIS provider. That means we follow the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission’s Practice Standards. These include quality service delivery, risk management, participant rights, and continuous improvement. We expect every CoAbility contractor to work in line with these standards. We’ll give you the tools and guidance to do just that.
When complaints or concerns arise, we investigate thoroughly. We work with contractors to resolve issues and protect participant wellbeing. Ongoing work with CoAbility depends on maintaining both quality and compliance.

We take compliance seriously—so you don’t have to worry. Our contractor agreements are lawyer-drafted and HR-reviewed. They clearly outline your obligations and help protect everyone involved. We also meet our ATO obligations by covering superannuation where required.
