Embracing a 100% remote workforce model, we prioritise work-life balance, allowing you to make a significant, positive impact on someone’s life every day, from wherever you are.

Our competitive remuneration package includes a generous (3.5% above award) hourly rate and an 11% superannuation contribution, ensuring that your dedication and hard work are acknowledged and rewarded.

We also understand the importance of support in both professional and personal spheres, so we offer a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program to help you navigate life’s ups and downs.

We also acknowledge the unique challenges of remote work and strive to ensure that every team member feels connected, supported, and valued through our monthly Team Meetings, Supervision sessions, and access to our Learning & Development platform – all designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in a continuously evolving field.

We know our diversity makes us a great place to work, and we are committed to building a workplace culture that reflects the people we serve. With this in mind, we actively encourage applications from diverse community groups, including people with disability, people with a lived experience of mental health recovery, First Nations people, people from culturally diverse backgrounds, and people from LGBTIQA+ communities.
