Welcome to CoAbility

After lots of hard work we finally have our website up and running, and we’re pretty pleased with it. We have chosen to have a little bit of fun with the imagery because there are enough serious, bland websites out there!
We are an NDIS registered independent Support Coordination provider offering our services throughout Victoria. While we are a new player in the Support Coordination world, we have vast experience in the direct support, case management, service coordination and management fields.

A little about us…

I have been in the industry for over 12 years, predominantly working with people with physical disabilities and degenerative neurological conditions. I also have lived experience of disability, with my mother living with a disability in the last years of her life, so I know how challenging the system can be.
I founded CoAbility out of a desire to assist people with disability to live the life they chose and as a response to the need for independent Support Coordinators in Victoria.

Many organisations are providing Support Coordination as part of their wider service offering, but conflict of interest is proving to be a real issue as they direct clients back to their own services time and again, effectively limiting the clients choice and control.
CoAbility specialises in building the capacity of our clients, and we do this by connecting them to many and varied disability supports and community networks; supports that are right for the client, not supports that the agency needs to sell!
All CoAbility support coordinators are hand chosen based on their skill and experience in the sector as well as their passion for giving the client the best possible outcome.

You can request Support Coordination at your planning meeting

If you feel that your first NDIS plan may be a little overwhelming or you aren’t quite sure how you are going to find the right services for you, you can talk to your planner about adding some Support Coordination funding to your plan. This way a Support Coordinator can help you get comfortable with your new funding and help you to navigate your way around the NDIS world. Pretty soon you will be confident enough to do it yourself.
If you would like to learn more about CoAbility or Support Coordination, feel free to get in touch.
